Customer issues
Top management is unable to measure the state of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) in the Group’s factories and service centres on a global scale.
APM’s actions
Firstly, APM has defined an OHS audit reference framework that will enable it to produce relevant results internationally
APM then audited all the sites concerned around the world, giving each entity the means to measure itself against the Group’s expectations and to comply with them, bringing each player personally face to face with his or her responsibilities.
Finally, in 2006, APM was commissioned by the Group to launch a similar approach to security and anti-malicious acts for major commercial events and the Group’s strategic production units.
The results obtained by APM
and added value for the customer
- From 2007 – 2008, OHS compliance for all Group entities
- Significant productivity gains through a significant reduction in lost hours, thanks to a sharp reduction in accidents
- Ensuring compliance of all chemical product logistics within the Group (transport, storage, handling and use)
- In the area of security, very rapid deployment of concepts and standards for all the Group’s strategic sites.
